Privacy policy

MedSites is a brand of MedTech Consulting LLC, based in Lawrenceville, Georgia ("we," "us"). This policy covers medsites.app and the information you give us through it.

What we collect

What you type into our forms. For a Scorecard request: your practice name, city and state, your name and role, and your email address. For a message: your name, email address and what you write.

How you arrived. If you came from an ad or a tagged link, the form also records the campaign details in the address you arrived at, such as the Google Ads click ID and UTM parameters. That tells us which ads bring in requests.

Usage data. Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies to record pages visited, the device and browser used, and whether a visit came from an ad and led to a request.

How we use it

To prepare your Scorecard, reply to your message, and follow up about work you've asked about. To understand which pages and ads are working. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Who it's shared with

Only the services that run the site for us:

• Netlify hosts the site and processes form submissions.
• Resend delivers the emails our forms send.
• Google provides Analytics and Ads conversion measurement.

We'll also disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and the site works without them. To see, correct or delete what you've sent us, email info@medsites.app and we'll take care of it.

Patient information

This site isn't for patient health information. Please don't include any in a form or message.

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
